H4 — كشف

كشف طبي شامل يشمل الاستماع إلى تاريخك الصحي وفحص القلب بعناية، لتحديد أنسب الخطوات التالية لحالتك. قد يُنصح به عند: خفقان، ضيق تنفس، ألم في الصدر، أو أي قلق عام بخصوص صحة القلب.

H4 — اختبار المنضدة المائلة

فحص يساعد على فهم سبب حالات الإغماء المتكررة غير معلومة المنشأ، من خلال مراقبة استجابة الجسم لتغيّر الوضع تدريجيًا وبأمان. قد يُنصح به عند: نوبات إغماء أو دوخة شديدة متكررة دون سبب واضح.

H3 — متابعة ضربات القلب وضغط الدم

H4 — هولتر رسم القلب (24 ساعة – أسبوع)

جهاز صغير محمول يسجّل نشاط القلب بشكل مستمر لمدة تتراوح بين 24 ساعة وأسبوع كامل، لرصد اضطرابات ضربات القلب التي قد لا تظهر في رسم القلب العادي. قد يُنصح به عند: خفقان متقطع، إحساس بتخطي نبضة، أو دوخة غير مبررة.

H4 — قياس ضغط الدم لمدة 24 ساعة

قياس مستمر لضغط الدم على مدار يوم كامل أثناء ممارسة الأنشطة اليومية، لتشخيص ومتابعة حالات ضغط الدم غير المستقر بدقة أكبر. قد يُنصح به عند: تذبذب في قراءات الضغط، صداع متكرر، أو صعوبة في ضبط الضغط رغم العلاج.

H4 — موجات صوتية بالمجهود الدوائي

فحص يقيّم أداء القلب تحت مجهود مُحاكى دوائيًا، مناسب لمن لا يستطيعون بذل مجهود بدني، ويساعد على تقييم تدفق الدم إلى عضلة القلب. قد يُنصح به عند: ألم صدر مرتبط بالمجهود مع صعوبة في الحركة، أو وجود عوامل خطر لأمراض الشرايين.

H4 — موجات صوتية للقلب (Echo) — للبالغين والأطفال

فحص آمن وغير مؤلم بالموجات فوق الصوتية يوضح صورة تفصيلية لتركيب القلب وحركة صماماته، متاح لجميع الأعمار من المواليد حتى البالغين. قد يُنصح به عند: طنين في القلب، ضيق تنفس، تعب غير معتاد، أو كتقييم روتيني بعد الولادة.

H4 — رسم قلب بالمجهود

تسجيل النشاط الكهربائي للقلب أثناء المشي التدريجي على جهاز مخصص، لتقييم استجابة القلب للمجهود البدني. قد يُنصح به عند: ألم أو ضيق بالصدر مرتبط بالمجهود، أو تقييم قبل بدء نشاط رياضي مع وجود عوامل خطر.

فحص سريع وغير مؤلم يسجّل النشاط الكهربائي للقلب في دقائق معدودة، وغالبًا ما يكون الخطوة الأولى في أي تقييم قلبي. قد يُنصح به عند: خفقان، دوخة، ألم بالصدر، أو كجزء من فحص روتيني دوري.

H4 — Consultation

A comprehensive medical consultation that includes a review of your health history and a careful heart examination, to determine the most appropriate next steps for your case. May be recommended for: palpitations, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any general concern about heart health.

H4 — Tilt Table Test

A test that helps identify the cause of recurrent fainting episodes of unknown origin, by safely monitoring the body's response to a gradual change in position. May be recommended for: recurrent fainting spells or severe dizziness without a clear cause.

H3 — Heart Rhythm & Blood Pressure Monitoring

H4 — Holter Monitor (24 Hours – 1 Week)

A small portable device that continuously records heart activity for a period ranging from 24 hours to a full week, to detect rhythm disturbances that may not appear on a standard ECG. May be recommended for: intermittent palpitations, a sensation of skipped heartbeats, or unexplained dizziness.

H4 — 24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring

Continuous blood pressure measurement over a full day during normal daily activity, for more accurate diagnosis and monitoring of unstable blood pressure. May be recommended for: fluctuating readings, recurrent headaches, or difficulty controlling blood pressure despite treatment.

H4 — Pharmacological Stress Echocardiogram

A test that evaluates heart performance under medication-simulated stress, suitable for patients unable to exert physical effort, and helps assess blood flow to the heart muscle. May be recommended for: exertion-related chest pain combined with difficulty exercising, or the presence of risk factors for arterial disease.

H4 — Echocardiogram (Echo) — Adults & Children

A safe, painless ultrasound test that shows a detailed image of the heart's structure and valve movement, available for all ages from newborns to adults. May be recommended for: a heart murmur, shortness of breath, unusual fatigue, or as a routine assessment after birth.

H4 — Exercise Stress ECG

Recording the heart's electrical activity while walking gradually on a dedicated treadmill, to assess the heart's response to physical exertion. May be recommended for: exertion-related chest pain or tightness, or an assessment before starting an exercise program when risk factors are present.

H4 — Electrocardiogram (ECG)

A quick, painless test that records the heart's electrical activity in just a few minutes, and is often the first step in any cardiac assessment. May be recommended for: palpitations, dizziness, chest pain, or as part of a routine periodic checkup.
